Please read the following agreement carefully before using this mobile website (also known as "limo.mobi") located at http://www.Limo.mobi. This mobile Website Use Agreement applies to this mobile website which can be accessed through the internet, mobile phones and various other technologies.
Your use, or business use of this mobile website constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions of the Website Use Agreement set forth below. As all usage and business listings on www.Limo.mobi is voluntary*, by accessing or utilizing www.Limo.mobi, all USERS (collectively, "any individual(s) or business(es) using this mobile website and all businesses who are listed on this mobile website") agree to the following:
WEBSITE USE AGREEMENT
By accessing this mobile website, USERS are entering this Website Use Agreement ("Agreement") with the owners of www.Limo.mobi and www.Limo.mobi, and USERS agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement includes the terms and conditions set forth herein, and any other terms incorporated by reference herein.
If any USERS do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, immediately discontinue use of this mobile website, including but not limited to this mobile website, third parties, affiliates, businesses, advertisements, promotions, uploads, downloads, links, internet in general, and anything associated or found on this mobile website. In addition, do not or discontinue having your business listed on this mobile website. If you or your business continue to use and/or remain listed on this mobile website, you are bound by this Agreement. In consideration of permission to utilize Limo.mobi, today and on all future dates, I, for myself, my heirs, guests, co-workers, staff, employees, work, business, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Limo.mobi, owners of Limo.mobi, its directors, officers, representatives, employees, staff, volunteers, agents, data and content providers, from liability and from any and all claims. I also agree to indemnify and hold Limo.mobi, owners of Limo.mobi, its directors, officers, representatives, employees, staff, volunteers, agents, data and content providers from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities including attorney's fees brought as a result of my use of Limo.mobi and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The mobile website Limo.mobi is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Limo.mobi is not provided for commercial use.

There are no exceptions to this rule period.
Limo.mobi reserves the right to display any businesses on their mobile website in any way. Businesses may or may not look identical to each other. They may differ in appearances, descriptions and length. Furthermore, the business directory listing of limo companies (position) may or may not be random. The businesses may be listed in any order and not necessarily follow an alphabetical order. The businesses may or may not be highlighted, capitalized, put in bold and/or italic texts, utilizing different fonts and/or sizes, and otherwise differentiated from other businesses. The businesses may or may not have the "click to call button." Each individual page within Limo.mobi may contain different numbers of limo businesses listed. Limo.mobi may receive payments to display any businesses to the disadvantage of other businesses or to make that business more visible to USERS. All business displays, irregardless of any monetary exchanges, will not be construed as to imply, directly and indirectly, that limo.mobi researched, inspected, tested, validated, endorsed, recommended or guaranteed any persons, vehicles, transportations, licenses, insurances, businesses, affiliates, third parties, advertisements, promotions, links, uploads, downloads, internet in general, and anything found directly or indirectly through limo.mobi. Rather, Limo.mobi expressively states that they do not research, inspect, test, validate, recommend, endorse or guarantee any persons, vehicles, transportations, licenses, insurances, businesses, affiliates, third parties, links, uploads, downloads, advertisements, promotions, internet in general, and anything found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi. USERS are required to conduct their own investigations before hiring any businesses, purchasing, uploading, downloading, or conducting any businesses or transactions. USERS are solely responsible and liable for any and all actions resulting from the use of Limo.mobi.. Please see below at the paragraph that starts with ANY BUSINESS, ANY TRANSPORTATIONS, ...
Limo businesses are selected and inputed based on the area it provides limo services. Obviously locations may change. It is the USERS responsibility to verify the locations serviced by any of the limo businesses. Any businesses needing to change any information, location or listing, must contact Limo.mobi to request a change. Limo.mobi provides a location listing directory of limo businesses as a convenience for information purposes only, and to show which limo businesses operate in a general area (city or state).
In addition, the ability to "click to call" some businesses and not others does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or recommendation by Limo.mobi. The number of "click to call" buttons found on Limo.mobi may or may not be limited in number due to the design, memory, hosting, various services, download problems, timing, conflict and other endless limitations and problems. As such, businesses may or may not be given a convenient "click to call" button.
Limo.mobi does NOT, implied or otherwise, research, inspect, test, validate, endorse, recommend, or guarantee the safety or reliability of any persons, vehicles, transportations, licenses, insurances, businesses, affiliates, third parties, advertisements, links, uploads, downloads, promotions, internet in general or anything found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi.
In addition, Limo.mobi does not own or operate any business(es), transportation business(es), and vehicle(s). Limo.mobi does not control, make, or enforce any business and legal policies any businesses may or may not have. Limo.mobi is not involved in any hiring decisions of any businesses found directly or indirectly through their mobile website. Nor does Limo.mobi conduct any tests, including but not limited to sobriety or drug tests, of any persons working in the transportation business or any business found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi. In addition, Limo.mobi does not check any background, criminal, driving records, driving history, training, credit, credit rating, condition of fleet, and service standards. Limo.mobi does not participate in any selection or screening process of any persons, transportation vehicles, music, lodging, insurance of any business found directly or indirectly through limo.mobi. Limo.mobi does not monitor, including but not limited to driving, any of the businesses found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi. Therefore, Limo.mobi does not guarantee the safety or reliability of any businesses found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi.
All USERS should use own judgement, discretion and conduct any necessary research before choosing to do any type of business, rent or hire any limo businesses or businesses found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi, its third party sites, affiliates, advertisements, links, uploads, downloads, promotions, internet in general or otherwise associated directly or indirectly with this mobile website.
ANY BUSINESS, TRANSPORTATION, OR TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENT(S) (including but not limited to any reservations, bookings, purchases, transactions, uploads, downloads, file sharing, and etc) RESULTING FROM, CONDUCTED ON, CAUSED BY OR CONNECTED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH LIMO.MOBI IS THE USERS PERSONAL CHOICE. AS SUCH, USERS ARE (while Limo.mobi is not) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, RISK OF INJURY, INJURIES, LOSS, HARM, CONSEQUENCES, LIABILITIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM, CONDUCTED ON, CAUSED BY OR CONNECTED WITH THAT DECISION. All USERS agree to accept full responsibility, liability, and assume all risks for any actions, loss, harm, consequences, liabilities, damages, and injury to their persons, guests, staff, employees, any other persons, businesses, properties, and third parties, resulting from, caused by, obtained from, or connected with Limo.mob (directly and indirectly), and to waive and release any and all claims against limo.mobi, owners of limo.mobi, officers, representatives, employees, staff, volunteers, data and content providers.

Another benefit of purchasing music legally from the artists is that it ensures that copyrights of music labels are abided to. Failure to terminate and/or continuance of any usuage of any music website, found directly or indirectly through Limo.mobi, absolves Limo.mobi of any liability with USERS accepting full liability for their actions.

Limo businesses may or may not be listed in alphabetical order. In addition, they may or may not be randomly listed. Limo businesses may be deleted, added and edited at will. This may result in limo businesses being bumped up or down on the list resulting in favorable or unfavorable results and consequences to limo businesses. Limo businesses may or may not be listed according to any requests or agreements with Limo.mobi. Limo.mobi reserves the right to determine (at their sole descretion and will) how and where these listings will or will not occur. Limo.mobi is NOT liable or responsible for any consequence or loss associated with the location of the limo business listings or any business listings.
Any refunds, liabilities or damages will be restricted and maxed up to the amount, if any, paid to Limo.mobi for the current year. If there were no payments made or received by Limo.mobi, than there is no money owed.
Listing on limo.mobi site is strictly voluntary. If you would like to be removed from the site, or request any changes, one can request that by contacting us at Contact Us.
Limo.mobi reserves the right to terminate, suspend, restrict or refuse service to any person(s) and any business(es) for ANY reasons. It also reserves the right to reduce services or cease operation at any time without notice and without any guarantees of starting up again. Obviously it reserves the right to sell limo.mobi and does not guarantee its usage or later uses afterwards. Any loss or liabilities are the USERS sole responsibility.
Limo.mobi reserves the right to change any of the terms of this Website Use Agreement by posting new terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Agreement become effective immediately upon posting. Use of limo.mobi after such change constitute acceptance of such changes. You agree to visit this web page (and its associated pages) periodically. Irregardless of when you last visited, you agree to accept any changes immediately as they are posted on this page.
